Meat/bones separators RM 20 – RM 1900

The machines separate the meat from poultry bones, pork bones, and fish, like neck bones, ribs, breast bones, back bones, wish bones, whole carcasses.

The end product is either a 3 mm meat with structure, through a low pressure separating system, or MDM meat, a pastelike meat, obtained through a high pressure separating system with a pump.

The yield is high, while the calcium content remains very low.
